ZeemZoo offers a full 10 days refund or exchange policy.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please mail us at zeemzoo48@gmail.com ; You can expect our revert within 3 business days.

Disclaimer: Human error is a part of life and in the rare occurrence that you may have received an incorrect item or if your item may have got damaged in transit, kindly unbox the product on receipt.

If everything isn’t perfect, then do return it to the courier person and mail us the acknowledgement slip. We will  arrange to send a replacement of your ordered item immediately along with our deepest apologies.   

Refunds 

On receiving your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

Once the item is inspected and approved for refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days of being approved, please check with your bank and contact your credit card company.

If you still did not receive your refund, then please reach out to us at zeemzoo48@gmail.com and we will resolve the matter.
 

Shipping Costs for returned items

You must arrange to send back the item for return at your cost. However, once your return is approved, we will reimburse the shipping costs paid by you on your mailing the courier receipt for the same to zeemzoo48@gmail.com . 

ZeemZoo will not be responsible for any packages containing returned items that are lost in transit.
